Visit by our Parish Priests
Visit by Father Julian, Father James and Father Luke to build closer ties and celebrate diversity with St Joseph’s Federation.
Last week, we hosted Father Julian (interim priest at St Matthews), Father James (parish priest at Virgo Fidelis) and Father Luke (St Margaret Clitherow) at our school, and we discussed how we can continue to work together, to promote and celebrate Christ’s work, and to ensure that our school remains inclusive and welcoming to all cultures and nationalities.
We also agreed dates in September and October 2022 when St Joseph’s pupils and staff will play an active role (for example through the readings, choir/song and in the offertory) in special Masses to be held at each of our local parishes:
- St Margaret Clitherow: 18 September 2022, 10:30 a.m. Mass
- Virgo Fidelis: 25 September 2022, 11:00 a.m. Mass
- St Matthews: 11 October 2022, 11:00 a.m. Mass
Please do take note of the above dates as these are excellent occasions to come together as a Catholic community to share our faith and our love for Jesus and His teaching.
