Inclusive games – Thursday, 24th June
Years 3 and 4 participated in a range of games organised by James Tinney from the Panathlon Challenge.
It is a festival of sports organised to develop both collaborative and individual skills through a range of activities:
- Bean Bag Target
- Basketball
- Ten Pin
- Tri-Golf: Putt
- Floor Tennis: Longest Rally
- Cricket: Hitting in the “V”
- Athletics: Seated Shot Put Throw & Javelin Throw
- Messi Football Skills
Some of our year 6 leaders supported children. My thanks to James Tinney and Mrs Mangan for organising this event and to Mrs Langford-Jackson, Mrs Steen-Plomer and Miss Langford-Jackson for helping. The children were exceptional and enjoyed challenging themselves and others in a totally supportive manner.
