Guitar lessons at St Joseph’s

Could the next Eric Clapton or Joe Bonamassa be at St Joseph’s?

This term, we have had the pleasure of Mr Neil Ferrigan coming to school to teach our Juniors pupils on guitar.

As well as being a guitarist, Mr Ferrigan is a retired lawyer, former School Governor and member of Schools Forum in Croydon (a statutory body who has oversight on funding for LA schools).

We launched our first ever after-school guitar club after the October half-term and we already have 10 budding guitarists in our club.

If you are interested in guitar lessons for your KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) child, we still have spaces in our club; we also have a number of new guitars available for pupils to rent at a reasonable cost. Please get in touch with Mrs Gallagher (Deputy Headteacher) for details.
