Lullit and Kya have written a post about their day

On Wednesday 20th June, we were asked to  attend a special Arts Week trip to the V&A museum in South Kensington. To get there we took the train to Victoria and then the tube to South Kensington. When we got to our destination we took part in two workshops. The first was called Literacy Live where we looked at a tapestry which was 500 years old! By looking at the art we had to create stories using drama and our imagination. My group created a story about a party filled with animals when an earthquake hits! Next, we had a workshop where we had to discover different materials and their properties. By exploring the gallery we found different artefacts discussed how their materials affected its use.  We all had a great day and hopefully we will be able to go back soon. Lullit and Kya Year 5.
